Shipping Policy

At Reactor Vault, we take pride in making sure your order arrives safely and securely. Every item is packaged with collectors in mind, using protective materials to help ensure your purchase arrives in the same condition it left our vault.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Sports Cards

Individual sports and trading cards are carefully packaged using collector-grade materials, which may include:

  • Penny sleeves
  • Top loaders or semi-rigid holders
  • Team bags
  • Protective cardboard
  • Bubble mailers or sturdy shipping boxes

Higher-value cards may require signature confirmation or additional insurance.

Sealed Products & Collectibles

Hobby boxes, blaster boxes, booster boxes, Funko Pops, jerseys, helmets, and other collectibles are securely packaged with protective cushioning to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Package size
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping service

Free shipping promotions may be offered on qualifying orders and will be clearly stated when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been scanned by the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, Reactor Vault will gladly help you file a claim when applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Reactor Vault is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on select items.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package and contents immediately.
  2. Contact Reactor Vault within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and photos so we can assist with a replacement or carrier claim.
